Highlighting sustainable development

We were there from the earliest days of the 1980's regeneration boom and have worked on regeneration as the pendulum swung from high profile flagship waterside projects and YUPPY investments to hard graft inner city regeneration of run down estates.

We have worked with many different government agencies, local authorities, housing associations and developers to undertake projects across the country, as towns and cities have sought to rediscover themselves and create the vitality essential for long term success.

The context of Regeneration ebbs and flows, but here are some key words that sum it up for us:

  • Infrastructure
  • Investment
  • Development
  • Partnership
  • Consultation
  • Community
  • People
  • Culture
  • Vision
  • Emotion
  • Excitement
  • Opportunity
  • Sustainability
  • Leadership

Working together, we help create the right mix of all these things to make projects a success.

Chippenham 2020

Our interest in regeneration is not confined to client work; in his voluntary role as president of Chippenham Chamber of Commerce, Gareth Jones is instrumental in leading the Chippenham 2020 initiative which aims to:

* Create a town that supports a vibrant and diverse economy
* Create an environment that is appealing to residents and visitors
* Maximise the town’s assets

Working with local government, businesses and community groups, the initiative seeks to support and influence the local development framework to secure the town's future vitality and prosperity.
